Ingredients
- 1 16-oz pkg baby carrots
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs nonfat yogurt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2-1 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Steps
1) Steam carrots 12-14 minutes until crisp-tender
2) Mix remaining ingredients and heat in microwave until warm
3) Drain carrots
4) Add sauce
