Ingredients

  • 1 16-oz pkg baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbs nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2-1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Steps

1) Steam carrots 12-14 minutes until crisp-tender 2) Mix remaining ingredients and heat in microwave until warm 3) Drain carrots 4) Add sauce
