Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Canola oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup sliced shittake mushrooms
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 11/2 tsp sesame oil

Steps

1) Sautee galic, carrots, and broccoli 3 minutes or until beginning to soften 2) Add bell pepper, mushrooms, salt & red pepper and sautee 5 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated and vegetables are crisp- tender 3) Stir in sesame oil
