Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
  • 3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 cup (4 oz) reduced fat cheddar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing

Steps

1) Place 1" water and broccoli in skillet 2) Bring to boil & boil 1 min 3) Cover and remove from heat 3-4 min until crisp-tender 4) Drain 5) Combine broccoli, tomato, beans, onion, cheese and salt in bowl 6) Drizzle with dressing 7) Refrigerate until serving
