Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh tomatoes, seeded & chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4-oz can green chopped chilies
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • 2 tbs red wine or cider vinegar
  • 1 jalepeno pepper, seeded, deveined, and minced
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Steps

1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended 2) Refrigerate until used 3) Best eaten within a few hours, but will keep in the refrigerator for a few days
