Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh tomatoes, seeded & chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4-oz can green chopped chilies
- 1 lime, squeezed
- 2 tbs red wine or cider vinegar
- 1 jalepeno pepper, seeded, deveined, and minced
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Steps
1) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended
2) Refrigerate until used
3) Best eaten within a few hours, but will keep in the refrigerator for a few days
