Ingredients

  • 31/2 cups shredded napa (Chinese) cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped daikon radish
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 11/2 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 11/2 Tbs white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dark sesame oil
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tbs sliced almonds

Steps

1) Combine 1st 7 ingredients (through sesame seeds) in a lorge bowl 2) Combine mayo, vineger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper 3) Add mayo mixture to cabbage mixture 4) Top with sliced almonds
