Ingredients
- 31/2 cups shredded napa (Chinese) cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped daikon radish
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbs chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup cooked peas
- 11/2 Tbs sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 11/2 Tbs white wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dark sesame oil
- Pepper
- 2 Tbs sliced almonds
Steps
1) Combine 1st 7 ingredients (through sesame seeds) in a lorge bowl
2) Combine mayo, vineger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper
3) Add mayo mixture to cabbage mixture
4) Top with sliced almonds
