Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed
  • 6 slices Bread, cubed
  • 1/4 lb Cheddar, grated
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried mustard

Steps

1) Brown sausage -or- Thaw spinach 2) Put bread cubes in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan 3) Top with sausage, then cheese 4) Blend eggs, then add milk, salt, and mustard 5) Pour over casserole 6) Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
