Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb small potatoes
  • 6 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 2 Tbs vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • thyme
  • basil
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 2 Tbs imitation bacon bits

Steps

1) Halve or quarter potatoes 2) Cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes 3) Add green beans and continue cooking for another 5 minutes 4) Drain 5) Mix oil, vinegar and spices and toss over beans & potatoes 6) Put lettuce in serving bowl 7) Stir in potatoes and green beans 8) Sprinkle with bacon bits
