Ingredients
- 11/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 3 cup cooked pasta spirals (4oz)
- 11/2 c up sliced zucchini
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbs mayo
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pepper
Steps
1) Cook pasta
2) Mix yogurt, vinegar, cheese, mayo, and seasonings
3) Mix all ingredients
4) Chill thoroughly and serve cold
