Ingredients

  • 11/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 3 cup cooked pasta spirals (4oz)
  • 11/2 c up sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbs mayo
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pepper

Steps

1) Cook pasta 2) Mix yogurt, vinegar, cheese, mayo, and seasonings 3) Mix all ingredients 4) Chill thoroughly and serve cold
