Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced, cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs horseradish
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbs brown mustard
  • 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbs pickle relish

Steps

1) Mix 1st column ingredients in large bowl 2) Mix 2nd column ingredients 3) Add to potato mixture, tossing only until blended 4) Cover and refrigerate 2 hours
