Ingredients
- 4 cups diced, cooked potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbs horseradish
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbs brown mustard
- 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbs pickle relish
Steps
1) Mix 1st column ingredients in large bowl
2) Mix 2nd column ingredients
3) Add to potato mixture, tossing only until blended
4) Cover and refrigerate 2 hours
