Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cups brown rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • hot sauce
  • 1 can diced tomato

Steps

1) Combine all in sauce pan 2) Bring to a boil 3) Simmer 50 minutes, until rice is done
