Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cups brown rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- hot sauce
- 1 can diced tomato
Steps
1) Combine all in sauce pan
2) Bring to a boil
3) Simmer 50 minutes, until rice is done
