Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 8 tsp ground cloves
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 14-oz can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup water

Steps

1) Mix ingredients in sauce pan 2) Bring to a boil, then simmer 40-45 minutes until rice is done
