Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 8 tsp ground cloves
- Pepper
- 1 cup brown rice
- 14-oz can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
Steps
1) Mix ingredients in sauce pan
2) Bring to a boil, then simmer 40-45 minutes until rice is done
