Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs water
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 cup chopped celery
Steps
1) Cook green beans
2) Add onions
3) Put tomatoes in separate bowl
4) Mix lemon juice, oil, water, salt & pepper
5) Pour over vegetables in each bowl, tossing to coat
6) Refrigerate at least 1 hour
7) Stir celery into bean mixture
8) Transfer to serving plate, and surround with tomatoes
