Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbs fresh thyme (1 tsp dry)
  • 1 Tbs fresh marjoram (1 tsp dry)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbs margarine
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Steps

1) Put onion, celery, cherries, walnuts, thyme, margoram, and pepper in margarine in large skillet 2) Cook uncovered over medium heat 10 minutes, or until tender 3) Add rice and cook 3-4 minutes (until rice heated)
