Ingredients

  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup dry leek soup mix
  • 10-oz pkg chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp dry dill week
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1-lb loaf round sourdough bread
  • Dippers: carrots, bell pepper, celery, cucumber, zucchini...

Steps

1) Combine sour cream & mayo 2) Add remaining ingredients 3) Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours 4) Cut off top of loaf with serrated knife 5) Cut out inside of loaf, leaving 1/2" shell (save inside for dippers) 6) Fill & serve immediately w/ dippers
