Ingredients

  • 2 cups Garbanzos
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbs Tahini
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 3 Tbs Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Tbs Corriander

Steps

1) Blend 2) Cover and chill 1hour or more 3) This recipe reduces high-fat tahini, replacing it with yogurt
