Ingredients
- 2 cups Garbanzos
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 3 Tbs Tahini
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 3 Tbs Yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1 Tbs Corriander
Steps
1) Blend
2) Cover and chill 1hour or more
3) This recipe reduces high-fat tahini, replacing it with yogurt
