Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lowfat ricotta
- 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pita, cut in 6 wedges
Steps
1) Combine ricotta, oregano, salt & pepper, garlic
2) Place pita wedges on baking sheet, and broil 2 minutes
3) Top each pita wedge with ricotta mixture, and broil 1 minute until cheese is lightly browned
