Ingredients
- 11/2 cup finely diced rhubarb
- 3/4 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 11/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp almond flavoring.
Steps
1) Mix wet ingredients
2) Add dry baking powder salt, sugars, flours
3) Fold in rhubarb
4) Bake in muffin cups at 375F for 20 minutes
5) Dip tops while hot in sugar, or sprinkle tops with sugar before baking
6) Peaches of pears can be used in place of rhubarb
