Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 Tbs butter, softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 3/4 cup (6 oz) lowfat van yogurt
- 3/4 cup mashed banana (about 11/2 bananas)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
1) Mash bananas
2) Cream butter, and add sugar, beating about 5 min
3) Add eggs one at a time
4) Add dry ingredients and yogurt alternately to sugar mix
5) Fold in bananas & vanilla
6) Pour into 8x4 in loaf pan
7) Bake 1 hour at 350F
8) Test with knife
9) Cool 10 min before removing from pan
