Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 Egg whites
- 1/3 15-oz can Pumpkin pure
- 1 bananas
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Steps
1) Spray 1 5x10 loaf pan
2) In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
3) Beat in egg whites, pumpkin, banana, and buttermilk.
4) Add flour, baking soda, and spices
5) Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts
6) Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 65 minutes.
