Ingredients
- 1 Tbs dried shrip paste
- 1/2 Tbs Black peppercorn
- 1 Tbs Grated lime peel
- Cilantro stalks
- 1 stalk Lemongrass
- 1 in Ginger root, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Onions
- 2 Chilies
Steps
1) Roast shrimp paste 5 min over low flames in aluminum foil.
2) Remove outer layer of bottom of lemongrass. Slice inner part
3) Grind peppercorn, lime peel, cilantro stems, lemongrass, and ginger in blender. Add garlic and onion, chilies, and shrimp paste.
4) Grind and set aside.
